HOW BUYING A HOME WORKS

2. WHEN YOU ARE PRE-APPROVED FOR A LOAN:
- You will obtain a pre-approval letter
- You will understand what you can afford
- You will determine your monthly mortgage payment
- You will then be prepared to make an offer

3. IN THE SEARCH FOR YOUR NEW HOME, WE WILL:
- Set up MLS search according to your specific criteria, where you will be able to:
- Favorite select homes and save them to collections
- Nix homes that do not make the mark
- Edit your criteria
- Schedule home tours and plan an itinerary with you
- Monitor any off market properties that match your search
4. WHEN YOU FIND YOUR DREAM HOME WE WILL:
- Discuss the terms of your offer
- Review and sign your offer
- Work through any negotiations or counter offers
- Celebrate an executed contract

- Instruct as to:

- How and where to deliver earnest and option money within 3 days
- Schedule the home inspection and negotiate for repairs or concessions during the option period
- Collaborate
6. BEFORE YOUR CLOSE:
- Transfer funds for closing
- Reserve a moving company and set a moving date
- Change your address through USPS, your bank, and other instances
- Suggest a concierge to assist or set up your utilities to be activated or trasnferred
- Schedule the final property walk-thru
- Stay in close contact with your agent, lender, and title company
