RES Real Estate Services is pleased to present Buckley Farms, a rare opportunity to acquire 102± contiguous acres in one of the fastest-growing regions of North Texas. Located within the Anna ETJ in northeastern Collin County, the property offers approximately two sides of paved county road frontage with convenient access to State Highway 121, placing it in the direct path of continued residential growth. As North Texas continues its expansion northward, Anna has emerged as one of Collin County’s most dynamic growth markets. Strong population growth, expanding infrastructure, and continued residential development have fueled increasing demand for large, strategically located land holdings. Opportunities to acquire contiguous tracts of this size have become increasingly limited. With its outstanding location, accessibility, and gently rolling terrain, Buckley Farms offers exceptional potential for future residential development, subject to applicable approvals. The property’s open pastures, mature trees, scenic views, and existing improvements provide an ideal setting for a thoughtfully planned acreage homesite or estate-lot community. Unlike unimproved land, Buckley Farms benefits from extensive existing infrastructure and a premier equestrian facility. A future developer may choose to preserve and incorporate the arena, barns, riding trails, and open space as signature community amenities, creating a distinctive residential development that offers a lifestyle rarely found in today’s market. Large, contiguous tracts with this combination of location, accessibility, and development potential are becoming increasingly difficult to acquire in Collin County, making Buckley Farms an exceptional opportunity in one of North Texas most desirable growth corridors. Improvements include: Improved pastures, riding trails, grassy turnouts, lighted 110x220 covered arena, 47 11x12 stalls, hot & cold wash racks, oversized tack rooms, office, and more.
