Priced at $19,000 per apartment unit. Everybody talks about getting in early. Here's early, on a plate 15.710 acres in Celina, the fastest-growing city in America two years running and the growth isn't coming, it's already here, moving north up Preston Road with your name on the next parcel. In a market where developers are fighting over dirt, that's a basis your competition can't touch and it's the whole ballgame. Nail your land basis and the deal works before you pour a single footing. Celina added residents at a 24.6% clip in one year 64,427 people and climbed toward a planned buildout near 378,000. That's a fivefold city in the making, and every one of those new families needs somewhere to live. Blue chip Celina ISD keeps pulling them in, the demand isn't a projection, it's a moving truck in the driveway next door.Co-op electric, co-op water inside Celina city limits ETJ. Straight shot off Preston Rd near US 380 just 35 miles north of downtown Dallas up the Dallas North Tollway. Sweeten that with a low AG carry. The developer who controls this corner controls the demand that's marching straight at it. Celina is the address everyone in the country is watching, and this is the door in.
